Carlos Jansenson was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina. He studied  electrical engineer in the  National University  of  La Plata, and  developed an intense professional career from  1971 to  2003.

He became an amateur photographer from a young age. In 1999, and for a period of two years, Carlos studied at the “Superior School of Photographic Training” in La Plata, Argentina, under the leadership of the  photographers Vicente Viola and Norberto Ferraris.

Today he is a freelance photographer. Some of his photographs are in museums and private collections.
